Our main factory opened in1996 in Niagara Falls, Canada
in the Fallsview Tourist District, where we have a large
showroom and glassmaking factory. In the summer of 2005,
The Niagara Parks Commission and Rossi Glass opened
a small studio, with a demonstration area, at the Maid
of the Mist Marketplace, overlooking the falls. At this
fascinating location, spectators can see fascinating
works of art take shape
right before their eyes.
We are the only manufacturer of Cranberry Glass in
Canada, and we make the largest selection of Cranberry
Glass found anywhere in the world. All our pieces are
mouth-blown and handcrafted.
Rossi Glass has been instrumental in the creation of
many new designs in art glass, such as wall platters
that resemble amazing canvasses of paint, and also,
the magnificent dragon goblets. One of our latest creations
is the Cranberry Mist Collection. One day, one of our
talented artisans was experimenting with Cranberry Glass.
He rolled the ball of molten Cranberry Glass in white
powdered glass, and thus, the formation of the beautiful
Cranberry Mist.
We have been fortunate to form a team of highly skilled
glassmakers who endlessly make creative works of art
on a daily basis. Our team comprises of artisans from
Italy,
Ukraine, Romania and Canada. Our artists are famous
for making many special custom pieces, and take pride
in all of their accomplishments. Every Rossi creation
reflects the artisans’ love of glass, as well as the
patience, perseverance and hard work required to master
the art of glass.
In 1997, Rossi Glass introduced some hand-made table
lamps. By the year 2002, Rossi Glass had made a collection
of approximately 12 styles of table lamps. The lamps
are all assembled right in our factory by one of our
highly skilled artisans, who assist in the long process
of designing the lamps. The artisans of Rossi Glass
took their creative abilities to a higher level and
made a variety of styles of chandeliers, in various
exciting new designs and colors. These chandeliers are
displayed in our main factory in Niagara Falls.
Today, the passion of working with molten glass, together
with the artistic abilities of our artisans continue
to amaze people visiting our factory and showroom in
Niagara Falls, Canada.
