We must be notified of any damaged/broken items within 5 days of receipt via email.

Photographs of the damaged item plus packaging materials must be supplied.

Product Information

Our glass goes through and intense and lengthy tempering process to ensure the strongest and most durable mouth-blown glass production. However, as a general precaution, we do not recommend our glassware for dishwasher or microwave use. Also, not recommended for hot food items.

Every item will vary slightly in terms of shape and size - this is in fact a testament to the authenticity of hand-blown glass produced free of machines. Every piece is truly unique and one of a kind.
